ER-AY DINAMO KOMURLERI SAN. VE TIC. LTD. STI. has started production of carbon brushes for starters and alternators of automobiles in 1989, in Istanbul, TURKEY. Factory is located in Istanbul, TURKEY, and founded on 7.000 sqm. area and 4.000 sqm. of which is covered facility. It has all necessary infrastructure, equipment, know-how and qualified personnel for production.

Today, it has included following products in production programme:

• Carbon brushes for starters and alternators of automobiles
• Sintered self-lubricating bronze bushings
• Sintered structural parts (iron, bronze, etc.)
• Die casting parts.
• Flexible braided/stranded copper wires.

Our products has been distributed and marketed under our trademark CARBOS^® that was acquired in August 3, 2000. And, our factory was certified with ISO 9001:2000 by TÜV Management Service GmbH in May 3, 2004.

We respond rapidly to customer needs and are known for state-of-art, products with accurate dimension delivered quickly at competitive prices.

The average statistics that expresses our production in rough is:

• 22.500.000 sets of carbon brushes for starters, alternators, heater motors, etc.;
• 10.000.000 pieces of sintered bronze self-lubricating bushings;
• 2.000.000 pieces sintered air filters and air silencers;
• 200 tones sintered structural iron parts;
• 250 tones of die casting parts;
• 30 tones of flexible braided/stranded copper wires;

60 of total production is exported abroad, and it reaches consumers through distributors and direct sales representatives.
