2.2 OUR QUALITY POLICY




Our policy is to create, implement and execute effective quality management systems in all processes of our organization. In the products and services we provide; to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level, to manage customer feedback effectively, to eliminate the non-value-added transactions, to create a quality management system aiming at efficient use of resources, timely delivery and continuous improvement.


Our first mission is to provide customer satisfaction with the most important measurement criterion and to ensure and implement the applicable conditions by constantly monitoring the effectiveness of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and implementing the necessary improvements.
    

To achieve this mission, we ful fill our customers' needs by specifying our expectations from our products and our products. To provide our customers with zero defective products in the most economical conditions and on time, to constantly improve our quality, to develop by utilizing all the possibilities of advanced technology. Continuously improving the current situation, our suppliers, our service providers, quality and logistics issues with us to develop together, to use all the possibilities of technology. It is the first duty of all our teammates to work in compliance with legal obligations to protect the environment and nature.
